PRIVACY POLICY

This Privacy Policy explains how information about you is collected, used and disclosed by Comment Cart, (hereafter “Comment Cart”, “our,” “we,” or “us”). This Privacy Policy applies to information we collect when you use our website, mobile applications and other online services (collectively, the “Comment Cart Service”) or when you otherwise interact with us. Comment Cart values the privacy of users, sellers, buyers, subscribers, members, viewers, and others who visit and use the Comment Cart Service (collectively or individually, “you” or “users”) and wants you to be familiar with how we collect, use, and disclose personal information from and about you.

By agreeing to this Privacy Policy [in your Comment Cart account setup/registration] or by using the Comment Cart Service, you expressly consent to the information handling practices described in this Privacy Policy.

1. Collection of Information.

A. Information You Provide to Us. Comment Cart Service collects information that you provide directly to us. For example, we collect information when you register or update the details of your account, post information in order to sell or purchase any good through the Comment Cart Service, enroll in the Comment Cart Payment Solution Service further described in the Terms of Service https://Commentcart.com/terms and below in Section 1F. which includes your credit card number and billing information, communicate with other users, provide User Content as further described in the Terms of Service https://Commentcart.com/terms request customer support or otherwise communicate with us. The types of information we may collect include your name, email address, Comment Cart account password, telephone number, postal address including city, state and zip code, photographs, written descriptions of your posted goods, any bids you make on offers through the Comment Cart Service, any reviews or comments you make using the Comment Cart Service, all correspondence or communications with other users or with us conducted via the Comment Cart Service, government-issued identification documents (such as a driver’s license), and any other information you choose to provide.

B. Information We Collect Automatically When You Use the Comment Cart Service. When you access or use the Comment Cart Service, we [may] automatically collect information about you, including [please review the following]: Internet Protocol address (“IP Address”), a unique user ID, device and browser types and identifiers, referring and exit page addresses, software and system type, location information from your computer or mobile device, and information about your usage of Comment Cart Service, analytics, including but not limited to tracking sales, customer, and other demographics. Examples of how Comment Cart Service uses automatically collected information include to: (i) automatically update the Comment Cart Service application on your system; (ii) remember your information so that you will not have to re-enter it during your visit or the next time you access the Comment Cart Service; (iii) provide customized advertisements, content, and information; (iv) monitor the effectiveness of marketing campaigns; (v) monitor and store aggregate site usage metrics such as total number of visitors and pages accessed; (vi) track your entries, sales, submissions, and status in any promotions or other activities; (vii) create a search system for users to find products by category and location; (viii) sales notifications to sellers of purchases so sellers can personal thank buyers; and (ix) allow users to interact with each other, including messaging and live chatting.

C. Location Information: If you consent to the collection of location information from your computer or mobile device, we may collect this information when you access or use the Comment Cart Service, or when you otherwise consent to the collection of this information. We may also use your IP Address to infer an approximate geographic location for your computer or device. For more details, please see “Your Choices” below.

D. Information Collected by Cookies and Other Tracking Technologies: We use various technologies to collect information, and this may include sending cookies to your computer or mobile device. Cookies are small data files stored on your hard drive or in device memory that helps us to improve the Comment Cart Service and your experience, see which areas and features of the Comment Cart Service are popular and count visits. We may also collect information using web beacons (also known as “gifs,” “pixel tags” and “tracking pixels”). Web beacons are electronic images that may be used in the Comment Cart Service or emails and help deliver cookies, count visits, understand usage and campaign effectiveness and determine whether an email has been opened and acted upon. E. Information from Other Sources: We may obtain information about you from third parties and sources other than the Comment Cart Service, such as advertisers or social media networks such as Facebook for which you have approved our access. When you access the Comment Cart Service through social media networks or when you connect the Comment Cart Service to social media networks, you are authorizing us to collect, store, and use such information and content in accordance with this Privacy Policy. We may also obtain information from third-party services regarding your use of such services, including about your use of the content you choose to broadcast through the Comment Cart Service. If we combine or associate information from other sources with information that we collect through the Comment Cart Service, we will treat the combined information in accordance with this Privacy Policy. In addition, we may use third party services such as Google Analytics that collect, monitor and analyze this type of information.

F. Payment Information Collected by Comment Cart Payment Solution (as further described in the Terms of Service:

Comment Cart Service has integrated with Electronic Payment Companies, as further described in the Terms of Service https://commentcart.com/terms so buyers and sellers may conduct business by credit cards and other electronic payment methods through the Comment Cart.

The Electronic Payment Companies provide these services directly to users pursuant to their own terms and privacy policy. When signing up to send and receive funds electronically, the Electronic Payment Companies, and not Comment Cart Service, collects some of the information provided by users via the Comment Cart Service, including debit and credit card numbers, Social Security numbers, government IDs, and bank account information.

2. Use of Information. Comment Cart Service uses information about you for various purposes, including as set forth herein.

A. Comment Cart Service uses such information to operate, maintain, enhance, provide, create, and develop all of the features, functionality, and services (new or existing) found on the Comment Cart Service, including but not limited to User Content, as further described in the Terms of Service https://Commentcart.com/terms improve your experience with the Comment Cart Service by delivering content, advertising and marketing messages; create and maintain a trusted and safer environment on the Comment Cart Service, including through the detection and prevention of fraud, unauthorized access, intrusion, and service interruption; allow you to search, comment on content, and participate in online contests, or rewards programs; track your purchases and sales; to notify sellers of purchases; allow users interaction; understand the usage trends of our users; conduct investigations and to respond to disputes between users, error resolution, and other similar customer support service; comply with our legal obligations or requests from law enforcement agencies, resolve any disputes that we may have with any of our users, and enforce our agreements with third parties; assist Electronic Payment Companies, as further described in the Terms of Service https://Commentcart.com/terms with transaction processing, error, chargeback and disputed transaction resolution, and similar payment processing functions; and carry out any other purpose for which the information was collected. We use your email address or telephone number to communicate with you, including to notify you of Comment Cart Service updates, for customer service purposes, or to contact you regarding any content that you have posted to or downloaded from the Comment Cart Service.

B. Comment Cart may periodically send promotional materials or notifications to you related to the Comment Cart Service. If you want to stop receiving promotional materials, you can go to your account settings once you have logged in to the Comment Cart Service or follow the unsubscribe instructions at the bottom of any email from us. If you have installed a mobile app and you wish to stop receiving push notifications, you can change the settings either on your mobile device or through the app.

C. Comment Cart is based in the United States and the information we collect is governed by U.S. law. By accessing or using the Comment Cart Service or otherwise providing information to us, you consent to the processing and transfer of information in and to the U.S. and other countries, where you may not have the same rights and protections as you do under local law.

3. Sharing of Information. We may share information about you as follows or as otherwise described in this Privacy Policy:

Comment Cart does not share information that can identify you personally with third parties for their marketing or promotional uses without your consent.
With the public on the Comment Cart Service.
We may disclose such information to service providers working on our behalf, such as, to: provide website hosting, maintenance, and security services; fulfill orders; conduct data analysis and create reports; offer certain functionality; or assist us in improving the Comment Cart Service and creating new services and features. We require that these parties process such information in compliance with this Privacy Policy, we authorize them to use the information only for the purposes for which it is provided to them, and we require them to use reasonable confidentiality measures.
Comment Cart may disclose user information if we believe in good faith that such disclosure is necessary to comply with U.S. state and federal laws or other applicable laws around the world (for example, in the country of your residence), or respond to a court order, judicial or other government request, subpoena, or warrant in the manner legally required.
Comment Cart also reserves the right to disclose information that we believe, in good faith, is appropriate or necessary to protect Comment Cart from potential liability or from fraudulent, abusive, or unlawful uses; investigate and defend ourselves against third-party claims, or allegations; protect the security or integrity of the Comment Cart Service; or protect the rights, property, or safety of Comment Cart, our users, or others.
When users register through the Comment Cart Service to send and receive electronic payments via Electronic Payment Companies, we will share certain information about User with, the Electronic Payment Companies, including name, address, IP address and date of birth. This information is in addition to the information collected directly by the Electronic Payment Companies described above in Section 1F. may use this information for the purposes described in its privacy policy, including for fraud prevention.
With vendors, consultants and other service providers who need access to such information to carry out work on our behalf (including, without limitation, with third-party service providers that may use the information we share to help us and other companies detect inaccurate personal information and prevent fraudulent transactions).
If we believe your actions are inconsistent with the spirit or language of our user agreements or policies, or to protect the rights, property and safety of Comment Cart or others.
In connection with, or during negotiations of, any merger, sale of company assets, financing or acquisition of all or a portion of our business to another company.
Between and among Comment Cart, and its current and future parents, affiliates, subsidiaries, and other companies under common control and ownership; and
With your consent or at your direction, including if we notify you through the Comment Cart Service that the information you provide will be shared in a particular manner and you provide such information.
We may also share aggregated or de-identified information, which cannot reasonably be used to identify you.

4. Third Party Services and Websites. The Comment Cart Service may link to third-party websites or services. The privacy practices of those third parties are not governed by this Privacy Policy. We encourage you to review the privacy policies of these third-party websites and services to understand their practices. If you connect to a third-party service (such as Facebook, Twitter, or another third-party application) through the Comment Cart Service or otherwise link your Comment Cart account with a third-party service, you are requesting and authorizing us to share or grant access to information on your behalf (such as your username, the fact that your connection originated from the Comment Cart Service, and other relevant usage and diagnostic information) with such third party. We may also send information about the content you watch or your activities on the Comment Cart Services to such third parties.

5. Advertising and Analytics Services Provided by Others. We may allow others to serve advertisements on our behalf across the Internet and to provide analytics services. These entities may use cookies, web beacons and other technologies to collect information about your use of the Comment Cart Service and other websites and online services, including your IP address, web browser, pages viewed, time spent on pages, links clicked and conversion information. This information may be used by us and others to, among other things, analyze and track data, determine the popularity of certain content, deliver advertising and content targeted to your interests on the Comment Cart Service and other websites and online services, and better understand your online activity. Your mobile device operating system may also include a feature that allows you to opt out of having certain information collected through apps used for behavioral advertising purposes.

6. Security. Comment Cart takes reasonable measures to help protect information about you from loss, theft, misuse and unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration and destruction. These measures may vary based on the sensitivity of your information. However, no security precautions or systems can be completely secure. We cannot ensure or warrant the security of any information you transmit to Comment Cart, and you do so at your own risk. Comment Cart cannot guarantee that such information may not be accessed, disclosed, altered, or destroyed by breach of any our physical, technical, or managerial safeguards.

7. Your Choices.

A. Account Information. You may update, correct or delete information about you at any time by logging in to your account. If you would like to cancel your Comment Cart account entirely, please contact us, and enter your request for cancellation, but please note that we may retain certain information as required by law or for legitimate business purposes. For example, any reviews, forum postings and similar materials posted by you may continue to be publicly available on the Comment Cart Service in association with your account name even after your Comment Cart account is cancelled. We may also retain cached or archived copies of information about you for a certain period of time.

B. Location Information. When you first download or launch any of our mobile applications that collect location information or first use any features that use location information, you will be asked to consent to the application’s collection of this information. If you initially consent to our collection of location information, you can subsequently stop the collection of this information at any time by changing the preferences on your mobile device. You may also stop our collection of location information by following the standard uninstall process to remove all of our mobile applications form your device. Even if you do not provide us with consent to collect precise location information from your mobile device or platform, we may use your IP address to infer an approximation of your location when using certain features of the Comment Cart Service, In some features, Comment Cart uses mapping services from Google Maps/Google Earth, including Google Maps API(s). Your use of these services is subject to Google’s terms of service.

C. Cookies. Most web browsers are set to accept cookies by default. If you prefer, you can usually choose to set your browser to remove or reject browser cookies. Removing or rejecting browser cookies does not necessarily affect third party flash cookies used in connection with the Comment Cart Service. To delete or disable flash cookies please visit www.adobe.com/products/flashplayer/security for more information. Please note that if you choose to remove or reject cookies, this could affect the availability and functionality of the Comment Cart Service.

D. Promotional Communications. You may opt out of receiving promotional emails, text messages, and other communications from Comment Cartby following the instructions in those emails, text messages

8. Children’s Privacy. IF YOU ARE UNDER 13 YEARS OF AGE, THEN PLEASE DO NOT USE OR ACCESS THE COMMENT CART SERVICE AT ANY TIME OR IN ANY MANNER.

Protecting the privacy of young children is especially important. For that reason, Comment Cart does not knowingly collect or maintain personal information from persons under 13 years-of-age. If Comment Cart learns that personal information of persons under 13-years-of-age has been collected on or through the Comment Cart Service, Comment Cart will take appropriate steps to delete this information. If you are the parent or legal guardian of a child under 13 who has become a Comment Cart Service user or member, then please contact Comment Cart at vadapav123@gmail.com to have that child’s account terminated and personal information deleted.

9. Changes and Updates to this Privacy Policy. Comment Cart reserves the right to change, modify, add, or remove portions of this Privacy Policy at any time (for example to reflect updates to the Comment Cart Service or to reflect changes in the law). If we change this Privacy Policy, we will provide you notice of these changes, such as by sending an email, posting a notice on the Comment Cart Service, or updating the “Last Updated” date above. Please check this Privacy Policy periodically for those changes. Your continued use of the Comment Cart Service after the posting of changes constitutes your binding acceptance of such changes.

10. California Privacy Rights. California law permits users who are California residents to request and obtain from us once a year, free of charge, a list of the third parties to whom we have disclosed their personal information (if any) for their direct marketing purposes in the prior calendar year, as well as the type of personal information disclosed to those parties.
